Reporting to the Head of Direct Sales, the NKAM position is a fully multi-marque sales position responsible for identifying opportunities, establishing relationships and selling to true fleet opportunities. The role will also require flexibility to support the wider team, this may involve adopting NKAM responsibilities in both Direct and Indirect channels. The main responsibilities of the role include: • Help create a sales strategy to ensure the achievement of maximum profitability and sales objectives as set by the business., • Identify and prospect different market sectors, with primary focus on true fleet and salary sacrifice., • Work closely with the manufacturer sales teams to jointly target customers and prospects., • Work proactively with our National Bid & Tender Manager and other NKAMs., • Present solutions to customers and prospects, promoting all the benefits that Leasys can bring, • Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities and demonstrate excellent presentation skills when selling the Company’s key features and benefits to secure new customers., • To be able to demonstrate actively prospecting new customers and ensure that records / CRM are kept up to date electronically., • Make accurate cost calculations and provide customers with detailed quotations when required., • Negotiate terms of agreement and demonstrate an ability to close sales., • Ensure the smooth progression of the sale through to delivery., • Ensure the implementation of new business wins are sponsored through the implementation process in a timely and professional manner, supporting the implementation process both internally and externally to a successful conclusion., • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly Company targets are achieved and where possible exceeded., • Manage your diary effectively, working to a structured plan of calls & visits to enhance relationships and maximise the potential of each opportunity., • Analyse reports to monitor and improve performance, • Proactively identify areas of improvement in performance that will support and grow sales penetration., • To be an expert in their field, continually keeping up to date with industry topics, trends and products so as to best advice customers leading to successful conclusions for Leasys, • Proactively participate in automotive industry events., • Match client needs to Leasys products and services to maximise client satisfaction and profitability, • Attend regular meetings in Coventry and be prepared to travel Nationally., • Support sales Support /Key Account team where necessary on client queries., • Proactive approach to supporting EV transition. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate: • Self-motivation with strategic and commercial awareness possessing both presentation and persuasive skills., • Proven experience of working in a pressurised environment, with the ability to achieve deadlines., • Be a true team player, a knowledge sharer who works for the benefit of the overall team., • Experience of sales in the Motor Industry and/or Finance Industry., • An in-depth knowledge of Funding and Fleet Management solutions, • Valid current driving licence is essential., • Strong IT skills to include, knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
