As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in a variety of industrial settings. Key Responsibilities: • Installation and Commissioning:, • Expertly install a variety of HVAC systems, including split systems, rooftop units, and chiller systems, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency., • Perform system commissioning, ensuring proper startup and configuration for optimal performance., • Maintenance and Troubleshooting:, • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of HVAC equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components., • Diagnose complex electrical and mechanical faults within HVAC systems and apply timely, efficient solutions to restore functionality., • Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify issues and perform root-cause analysis., • Design and Collaboration:, • Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to plan, design, and implement HVAC solutions tailored to the specific needs of industrial facilities., • Offer technical expertise in system selection, sizing, and configuration to achieve optimal energy efficiency and environmental sustainability., • Documentation:, • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment specifications, service history, and parts inventory., • Generate detailed reports and documentation to update clients, supervisors, and management on work progress., • Safety Compliance:, • Strictly adhere to safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies to ensure a safe working environment., • Promote a culture of safety by leading by example and participating in safety training and initiatives., • Emergency Services:, • Participate in on-call rotations to provide emergency HVAC repair services, responding promptly to urgent service requests., • Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems under high-pressure situations., • Mentorship and Support:, • Offer technical guidance, training, and support to junior technicians and apprentices, facilitating their skill development and fostering a culture of continuous learning., • Act as a resource for team members, sharing knowledge and best practices. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or technical training preferred., • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in an industrial or commercial setting., • Knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical components, and control systems., • Familiarity with various tools, diagnostic equipment, and safety protocols., • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Willingness to travel and work overseas for extended periods., • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation., • Any additional certifications or licenses specific to the overseas location (if applicable).
