About VCCP VCCP is the global challenger agency for challenger brands. We are an integrated communications agency set up in 2002 by Charles (V), Rooney (C), Adrian (C) and Ian (P), who founded the agency on the principles of simplicity, collaboration, un-preciousness and integration around ideas rather than channels. Our founding client was BT Cellnet, now more commonly known as O2 and the most awarded brand in IPA effectiveness history. With more than 1,500 people across our global offices in North America, Europe and APAC, we challenge convention to create value for the world’s most ambitious brands. Across VCCP, we work with a broad spectrum of clients. Our work transcends the marketing mix, leading across all marketing communication touch points from global comms platforms through to social activations or from web builds through to point of sale. VCCP has topped the AAR’s annual new business ranking in 13 of the last 14 years and holds multiple Agency of the Year titles. Across every company and every capability, we share the same ambition: to challenge ourselves, challenge our clients and challenge the industry for the better. Our culture VCCP Group has a unique culture, based on our 10 founding principles: be honest, be agile, be proud, be on time, be unprecious, be happy, be lean, be responsible, be clear and be approachable. Our founders wanted to create a different kind of agency, one that was better for the clients they serve, the people that work there and the wider community we exist within. It’s something that still stands today, if we see something that’s wrong, we challenge it.
