We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Water Site Manager to join our team in Leeds United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our water treatment facility ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and maintaining the highest standards of water quality and safety. • Manage and coordinate all aspects of water treatment operations at the site, • Develop and implement strategies to optimise water treatment processes and improve efficiency, • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and water quality standards, • Oversee health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment, • Manage and mentor a team of water treatment operators and technicians, • Prepare and manage budgets financial reports and operational forecasts, • Liaise with regulatory bodies local authorities and other stakeholders, • Identify and implement process improvements and new technologies, • Respond to and resolve any water quality issues or emergencies promptly, • Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports on water quality and site operations Qualifications : • Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering Civil Engineering or a related field, • Minimum of 5 years experience in water management or a related field with previous site management experience, • Proven expertise in water treatment processes and environmental regulations, • Strong knowledge of water quality standards and environmental compliance, • Proficiency in project management and team leadership, • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, • Proficient in MS Office and water management software, • Relevant water management certifications (e.g. Water Treatment Operator Certification), • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of site operations, • Experience in implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols, • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities, • Willingness to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies Additional Information : Remote Work : No Employment Type : Full-time Key Skills Computer Skills,Lean,Management Experience,Process Improvement,Warehouse Distribution Experience,OSHA,Process Management,Training & Development,LIHTC,Leadership Experience,Property Management,Supervising Experience Experience: years Vacancy: 1
