Meetings & Events Coordinator – Edinburgh Full-Time | Permanent We are working with a well-established corporate organisation in Edinburgh to recruit a highly organised and service-focused Meetings & Events Coordinator to support their busy workplace operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment, coordinating meeting spaces and events from enquiry through to delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring that internal and external events run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard. The Role As Meetings & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the seamless management of meeting rooms, event bookings, and associated facilities. Duties will include: • Managing bookings for meeting rooms, conference spaces, and on-site facilities, • Coordinating event requirements, including room layouts, catering, and technical support, • Acting as the main point of contact for event enquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication, • Liaising with internal departments and service partners to deliver smooth event operations, • Maintaining accurate booking systems and records, • Preparing event documentation, schedules, and client confirmations, • Supporting on-the-day event delivery and troubleshooting where required, • Ensuring all spaces are presented to a high corporate standard The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate who: • Has previous experience in meetings, events, hospitality, or corporate coordination, • Is exceptionally organised with strong administrative skills, • Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, • Has strong attention to detail and can manage multiple bookings simultaneously, • Demonstrates a proactive, solutions-focused mindset, • Is comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
