Senior Account Manager As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to contact for your clients - ensuring campaigns run seamlessly, deliver measurable results, and exceed expectations. You’ll mentor junior team members, collaborate with internal departments, and work closely with the Account Director to deliver best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Client Partnership & Strategy: • Build trusted, long-term client relationships as their influencer marketing expert., • Translate client goals into actionable, insight-led campaign strategies., • Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and measurable impact., • Partner with the Account Director to shape and execute client roadmaps. Campaign Management & Delivery • Lead the full campaign lifecycle - from briefing and influencer selection to reporting and analysis., • Deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standards., • Collaborate cross-functionally (Creative, Strategy, Talent, Operations, Finance) to ensure flawless delivery. Client Servicing & Communication • Lead confident, proactive client communications and performance updates., • Present insights and recommendations with clarity and conviction., • Deliver weekly “account MOTs” to the Account Director, highlighting wins and risks. Reporting, Insights & Proposals • Lead reporting and extract meaningful insights that drive future success., • Run internal wash-ups to identify learnings and optimise delivery., • Contribute to creative, data-informed proposals and pitch decks. Team Leadership & Development • Guide and mentor Account Executives and Managers, fostering confidence and capability., • Provide constructive feedback and uphold excellence across client deliverables., • Encourage collaboration, curiosity, and knowledge sharing within the team. Account Growth & Performance • Achieve account growth KPIs and maintain high client satisfaction., • Proactively identify opportunities to expand client partnerships. What You Bring • 3-6 years of experience in influencer, social, or creative account management., • Deep understanding of the creator economy and creator partnerships., • Excellent communicator, presenter, and relationship-builder., • Commercial awareness with confidence managing budgets and growth targets.
