Join RMG as a Fire Asset Auditor and help ensure the safety and compliance of residential buildings across your region. Predominantly site based you'll be conveniently located to cover the North East and North Yorkshire regions with frequent long distance travel and overnight stays required More about your role As a Fire Asset Auditor, you will be responsible for inspecting and auditing a range of fire safety assets—such as apartment doors, communal doors, emergency lighting, alarms and lifts—across residential apartment blocks. You will conduct scheduled site visits within a given geography, ensuring that all assets meet health and safety regulations and identifying any risks. Your findings will be reported clearly and promptly to Property Managers and clients. This is a mobile role requiring daily travel to multiple sites and may include evening or weekend work to meet tenant or client needs. You may also be asked to travel nationally to cover colleague absences, so flexibility is key. More about you • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required, • Meticulous eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work, • Highly organised and self-motivated, • Able to plan workload efficiently, • Excellent communication skills, • Personable nature with the ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and clients, • Comfortable with physically demanding work, including walking multiple flights of stairs during site checks, • Experience using IT packages, including Excel and Word What does RMG have offer you?
