Service Care Solutions are delighted to present a fantastic opportunity on behalf of our valued client, a leading children’s neurodevelopmental healthcare provider, to recruit an experienced CQC Registered Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position, based at the client’s main site in Leamington Spa, leading a talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional, patient-centred care for children and families across the region. Job Details Job Title: CQC Registered Manager Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (on-site role) Hours: 39 hours per week Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) Role Purpose As the CQC Registered Manager, you will oversee the operational, clinical, and regulatory management of the service. You’ll lead by example, ensuring compliance with CQC standards, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on leadership — ideal for a motivated, commercially astute professional who thrives on making a difference to the lives of children and families. Key Responsibilities Patient Care • Champion a culture of patient-centred care across the organisation., • Oversee the quality of service delivery, ensuring families receive outstanding care and support., • Respond to and resolve complaints with empathy and professionalism., • Lead and develop the Practice Manager and wider multi-disciplinary team., • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and professional development., • Manage performance, HR processes, payroll, and pensions., • Act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance and inspection readiness., • Maintain robust governance, risk management, and safeguarding procedures., • Ensure policies, systems, and documentation meet CQC and national standards., • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare regular reports., • Identify opportunities for service growth, innovation, and efficiency., • Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice and premises., • Ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and well maintained., • Maintain secure, efficient IT and communication systems., • Oversee data governance and digital processes., • Promote the clinic’s reputation through local engagement, events, and partnerships., • Support brand awareness through community and digital initiatives., • Contribute to marketing strategies and business development planning. Requirements Essential Qualifications & Experience • Previous or current experience as a CQC Registered Manager, • Proven leadership experience in a healthcare or regulated service environment., • Strong understanding of CQC frameworks, governance, and compliance., • Experience in team management, HR processes, and service delivery.
