The ideal candidate will leverage their deep expertise in business process optimization and the Salesforce platform within the context of complex financial and commercial operations, ideally within the data center or REIT industry. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: • Architect Partnership & Strategic Translation: Work directly with the Platform Architect to translate the long-term platform strategy and technical roadmap into detailed, actionable functional requirements and user stories. Serve as the chief translator between holistic business needs across Sales, Finance, and Operations and platform capabilities, particularly for the interdependencies of the Lead-to-Cash process., • Process Optimization & Automation: Proactively identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and high-manual-input areas within current business processes. Design and champion future-state processes that leverage automation and AI to significantly reduce manual input and errors, driving efficiency, data integrity, and compliance across the organization., • Lead-to-Cash Expertise & Conga Specialization: Deeply understand, manage, and optimize the automation across the full revenue cycle, including Account & Contact Management, Opportunity Funnel, Quoting & Contracting, and ultimately Billing & Revenue. Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all RevOps data for reporting and financial purposes.
