Office Administrator Salary: £26,500 per annum Location: Sevenoaks, Kent (Office Based) Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 4:00pm Contract Type – Permanent As Procurement Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Procurement team. Acting as a first point of contact for stakeholders and suppliers, you will help ensure purchase orders, systems and processes are managed accurately and efficiently. This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure across procurement, warehouse and contract support functions within a supportive and dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities • Act as first point of contact for procurement-related queries, • Manage shared inboxes and telephone enquiries, • Provide general administrative support to the Procurement team, • Process purchase orders, collections and off-hires, • Maintain accurate delivery, stock and collection records, • Update and maintain internal systems and databases, • Export and format data using Excel, • Chase suppliers for outstanding orders and updates Essential Skillset • Minimum 6 months’ experience in an administrative or support role, • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, • Experience managing a high workload with conflicting priorities, • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, • Confident problem-solving ability, • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable learning new systems Package • Salary of £26,500, • Monday to Friday working hours (08:00am – 4:00pm), • Stable, fully office-based position, • Supportive and collaborative team environment, • Opportunity for long-term development
