The Solutions Consultant / Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing client processes and identifying how the technologies can be most effectively deployed to meet their needs. What You´ll Do: - Researching key new target markets to: 1. Understand key challenges and opportunities where the client can drive growth, operational efficiencies and enhanced risk control through its Verified Identity Messaging products. 2. Clearly define Ideal Customer Profiles. 3. Identify target enterprise accounts and contacts and the specific strategic, goals, interests and motivations. - Analyse complex operations within enterprise prospects - Create high-quality, professional, in-depth, bespoke deliverables such as: 1. Account research papers 2. Market research papers 3. Proposal documents including: Operational designs (current state and future state). High-level project plans. Business case - Build strong relationships with stakeholders across prospect accounts and at all levels from on-the-ground operators to C-suite executives - Provide a day-to-day contact point for prospect queries - Maintain up-to-date and clear account plans - Configure SaaS sales tools used by the client to support marketing campaigns including: 1. Defining workflows 2. Shaping content/briefs 3. Analysing and reporting on performance and continuous improvement. What it Takes: - Strong analytical skills – proven ability to quickly consume and assess new information and apply existing knowledge and problem-solving skills to clearly articulate opportunities and solutions. - Top STEM/business degree and/or experience working in an analytical role for a top-tier technology, finance or management consultancy business. - Verbal communication – be able to communicate verbally over the phone, in video calls and in person, both 1:1 and within meetings, clearly and professionally with people at all levels of an organisation. Strong listening and empathy skills to ensure strong relationships can be built. - Exceptional written communication – be able to clearly and concisely create written content which is presented professionally. We have a greater Manchester based clients in Hotels , bus stations , tram stations , factories and more that require maintenance mainly throughout the working day but will be required to work out of hours sometimes. Due to our unprecedented growth, there is an opportunity to join our team as a Maintenance Engineer. Duties: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting equipment, troubleshooting issues, and making necessary repairs - Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential maintenance needs - Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure the longevity of equipment - Building management systems, air handling units for temperature control and Dali lighting control systems as well as a wide range of renewables products such as ground source heat pumps and solar PV and AHU - Various works which may included electrical and mechanical works including plumbing - Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs - Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations What we need from you: - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Proven experience in a similar role - Strong mechanical knowledge, including experience with logic controllers and schematics - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to weld and perform electrical work is preferred - Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and leadership - ECS/CSCS Card - 18th Edition would be an advantage but not essential If you are a motivated individual with a strong mechanical background and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this position. Key Responsibilities: Working as part of the wider North Air maintenance team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of personnel working at each of the designated Vehicle Service Bays (VSB’s) within their region. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for all people management of the team in their region, Resource Planning, Project Management and ensuring all training requirements are met to maintain an efficient service across the nominated operational sites. The role holder will also be responsible for providing a safe and healthy working environment, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, site engineering standards, training, maintenance and quality procedures to JIG, COMAH and industry best practice. Tasks will also include but not be limited to: - Where necessary write, plan and oversee control of work processes within designated locations and within area of expertise, including hazard risk - Manage of 3rd party contractors when required - Raise ideas that will provide development of procedures or design which will improve safety, efficiency or serviceability of vehicles, systems and operational equipment - Operate correct safety and emergency procedures in the event of incidents – Review existing procedures and create where necessary any maintenance-based emergency procedures This role is being advertised for our Southern which region which covers the following sites: Gatwick, Bristol, Stansted, Manchester, East Midlands, Chester, Derby This role is Regionally Based with regular travel to sites within the region – approximately 60% of the week. A company van will be provided.
