The position of Catering Assistant is referred to internally at Sanctuary, as General Assistant - Catering. The role of Catering Assistant will include: • Helping to prepare meals and drinks, following food hygiene standards, • Working with customers, families, advocates, and staff to ensure a high standard of services, • Undertaking general duties as assigned, such as maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, communal areas, and customers' flats, • Identifying and reporting potential faults and hazards on site, to maintain a safe environment, • Working knowledge and experience of undertaking general catering duties is desirable, • Some experience of working in a domestic/catering environment, • Food Hygiene Certificate, • Good interpersonal and customer service skills Brilliant work deserves brilliant benefits!
