SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE We are currently looking for a part time chef de partie to join our kitchen team. The role requires someone who can manage a section, prepare, and deliver our menu, with the highest quality standards. Responsibilities o Run a section in an efficient, clean, and tidy manner o Assist in carrying out stock control, ordering and stock rotation o Prepare and serve all dishes to the highest quality o Report any maintenance requirements and hazards to Head Chef or GM o Support Commis chefs in carrying out their duties o Attend food, service, operational meetings as and when required o Minimalise food waste and spoilage o Ensure all opening and closing checklists are completed o Be self-motivated to help develop own skills Our benefits: o Paid overtime o Cost price wine o Mental health support o Team meal and coffee every shift o On-going training

Your core responsibilities will include: • Managing the Company’s day-to-day social media operations across multiple platforms (including Instagram and TikTok);, • Creating and managing bilingual (English and Mandarin) marketing content and promotional materials aligned with the restaurant’s menu, promotions, brand positioning and visual style;, • Contributing to the development and implementation of the restaurant’s marketing strategies, supported by ongoing market research into target customers, competitors and industry trends;, • Assisting with the planning and execution of online promotions, themed campaigns, seasonal activities and customer engagement initiatives to increase brand visibility and footfall;, • Monitoring and analysing social media performance, campaign results and customer feedback, and making recommendations for improvement;, • Working closely with the team to showcase signature dishes, dining experiences and brand stories through engaging content;, • Liaising regularly with customers and staff to ensure accurate brand communication and strong customer relationships;, • Coordinating collaborations with local content creators, food bloggers and influencers to support brand promotion;, • Supporting the promotion of in-store events, customer experience activities and community-based marketing initiatives. Who We Are Looking For • Minimum 1 year experience in marketing (preferably within F&B, hospitality or fast-moving consumer goods)., • At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or a related field., • Proven track record designing and delivering successful digital marketing and social media campaigns., • Strong content creation skills: excellent copywriting, visual sense, familiarity with social-platform formats., • Data-driven mindset: comfortable analysing metrics, extracting insight and optimising campaigns accordingly., • Energetic, creative, and proactive with a passion for food, lifestyle and consumer brands., • Excellent written and communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
