We are looking for a Paid Ads specialist to specialise in Meta and to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns that generate high-quality leads, engagement and support the firm’s client acquisition strategy. This role will be responsible for managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn and other digital channels, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned with the firm’s marketing and business development goals. The successful candidate will have strong experience in lead generation, conversion optimisation and funnel-based marketing, with the ability to design and manage end-to-end digital campaigns from initial targeting and ad creation through to landing pages, conversion tracking and performance analysis. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you will use data driven insights to refine campaigns, improve ROI and continually optimise performance to maximise client enquiries. A tech-savvy individual is required who leverages social media marketing with technology to bridge the gap between marketing creativity and technical implementation, managing tools, automation, and data analytics to drive engagement. Responsibilities: Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies that support the firm’s lead generation and marketing objectives., • Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other relevant digital channels., • Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximise ROI and cost-per-lead performance., • Continuously test and optimise targeting, creative and messaging through A/B testing and experimentation., • Leverage social media marketing with technology to bridge the gap between marketing creativity and technical implementation, managing tools, automation, and data analytics to drive engagement. Lead Generation & Funnel Management • Design and manage end-to-end marketing funnels that convert potential clients into qualified enquiries., • Create and optimise landing pages and conversion pathways to maximise lead generation., • Work with internal teams to develop effective lead capture strategies including gated content, forms and call-to-action campaigns., • Ensure accurate tracking of leads through the funnel from first click to conversion. Campaign Development & Execution • Build and manage integrated digital campaigns supporting key services, legal expertise and firm initiatives., • Develop compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to produce high-performing creative assets., • Align paid campaigns with wider content marketing, SEO and brand activity. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation • Track and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards and conversion tracking systems., • Produce regular reports highlighting campaign performance, insights and optimisation opportunities., • Use performance data to refine targeting strategies and improve conversion rates. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement • Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns across the firm’s services., • Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign data and market trends. Technology, • Uses software, APIs, and data tools to build and manage the systems that power social media., • Focuses on the efficiency, automation, and technical implementation of social media effectiveness., • Automates repetitive tasks (e.g., social scheduling, auto-responding, customer segmentation) to increase social media efficiency. Uses technology to find innovative, high-impact ways to grow social media presence rapidly., • Reviews social media results to find data-driven insights, often utilising SQL or programming languages., • Manages paid social media advertising, specialising in targeting, pixel tracking, and data analytics (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads)., • Collects, cleans, and analyses data across social platforms to optimise ROI. Skills and Qualifications: • Proven experience in paid digital advertising, performance marketing or campaign management., • Demonstrated experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads campaigns., • Experience developing lead generation strategies and conversion-focused campaigns., • Experience designing and managing end-to-end marketing funnels., • Experience working with campaign analytics and conversion tracking tools., • Experience in professional services, legal, finance or agency environments is desirable. Skills & Knowledge • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journey optimisation., • Experience with lead generation and performance marketing strategies., • Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page best practices., • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance., • Experience using marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and CRM systems., • Understanding of A/B testing, audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
