💼 Job Title: Registered Doctor – Functional Assessor 📍 Location: Crewe 💰 Salary: £72,000 per annum 🕒 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time or Part-time available) 📆 Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 37,5hrs per week (Hybrid) 2-3 remote Working About the Role Minerva, in partnership with our global client specialising in health and disability assessments, is seeking GMC-registered Medical Practitioners to join their expanding team. As a Functional Assessor, you will: • Conduct assessments via telephone, video consultations to understand how a person’s health condition or disability affects their daily life., • Use your clinical judgement and communication skills to evaluate the impact of various conditions., • Produce factual, evidence-based medical reports that help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine eligibility for disability benefits., • Complete assessments typically lasting around 45 minutes, with comprehensive training and ongoing support provided to ensure your success. What We’re Looking For • GMC-registered Doctor with a minimum of 2 years’ post-registration experience (FY2 or above)., • Strong communication and report-writing skills., • Ability to work towards individual and team goals within a supportive environment., • Broad medical knowledge, with experience managing a range of physical and mental health conditions.
