About the role As the Talent Acquisition Partner focused on Infrastructure & Engineering, you’ll own end‑to‑end hiring for mission‑critical roles primarily across AI infrastructure, data centre engineering & operations, and network & storage. You’ll have a deep understanding of how modern AI infrastructure is designed, built, and run - enough to confidently assess for the right skills, behaviours and scaling experience. You’ll collaborate with technical leaders to design structured assessments, shape interview panels, and deliver a world‑class candidate experience while hiring at pace and quality. What you'll be doing Talent Acquisition Execution • TA ownership for Infra & Engineering: 0-1 from assessing hiring needs through to prioritisation, channel selection, sourcing and onboarding, • Partner with engineering and infrastructure leaders to define success profiles and competencies for AI infra roles., • Manage end‑to‑end processes from intake to offer for Infra & Engineering roles., • Conduct phone screens, evaluate candidates for experience across GPU/hardware, AI build/operations, networking and reliability at scale., • Implement structured, competency‑based interviews, work samples and technical exercises with calibrated rubrics., • Ensure a transparent, timely, and respectful process; act as trusted advisor to candidates., • Advise hiring managers with market data on availability, compensation and competitive landscape., • Partner on targeted campaigns for infrastructure talent (events, meetups, technical blogs)., • Use funnel metrics and quality‑of‑hire data to iterate processes and raise bar., • Stay current on infra/AI hiring trends (e.g., HPC, orchestration, observability, power & cooling in DCs) and translate into sourcing strategies. About You • Heavy experience in Infrastructure & Engineering hiring for an AI Infra/DC/HPC organisation, • Technical fluency to credibly engage infra candidates and understands GPUs & containers (Kubernetes/Docker), Linux fundamentals, basic networking & storage, observability and data-centre operations (power/cooling/uptime)., • Strong capability to design structured interviews and evaluate senior talent., • Proven stakeholder management with technical leadership; able to influence with data., • Experience in high‑growth start‑up/scale‑up environments; thrives in ambiguity., • Data‑driven, with fluency in ATS/CRM tooling and recruitment analytics., • Commitment to inclusive hiring and creating diverse slates.
