Job description: At dormakaba , were seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Specification Salesperson to join our expanding specification team. Following a year of strong pipeline growth, this role is essential to sustaining momentum and driving further success across our sales teams. What Youll Be Doing In this dynamic role, youll work closely with architects in London and the Southeast of the UK, becoming a trusted advisor for dormakabas product clusters. Youll manage project progression through our CRM system, ensuring visibility and alignment across teams. As the lead on major projects, youll coordinate with sales teams and managers to meet key milestones and objectives. Youll also play a vital role in educating architects and consultants on new products and processes, delivering RIBA-approved CPDs, and supporting the sales team during tender stages. Collaboration with Product Management and Marketing will be key, as you provide feedback and contribute to lead generation initiatives. What Youll Bring Were looking for someone with experience in the construction industry, particularly working with architects You should be confident reading technical drawings and have strong communication and project coordination skills, A collaborative mindset and a passion for building relationships are essential Ideally you will have expierence in presenting CPDs although training can be given for the right individual.
