We are seeking a passionate and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to help us grow our client base, elevate our brand visibility, and strengthen our community presence. Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, enhancing brand engagement, and implementing local marketing initiatives that support the salon’s growth. This role is well-suited to a creative, self-motivated professional with experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail sector and a strong understanding of local market dynamics. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Retention • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and increase repeat visits., • Create and manage loyalty programmes, referral schemes, and promotional offers. Sales & Partnership Development • Identify opportunities to collaborate with local businesses such as gyms, boutiques, bridal studios, and events companies., • Build and maintain relationships to generate cross-promotion and increase footfall. Marketing Campaign Management • Plan and deliver localised marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, email newsletters, and SMS marketing., • Analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Social Media & Digital Marketing • Support digital content planning and collaborate with the creative team to grow engagement on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook., • Coordinate influencer partnerships and online promotions to enhance brand visibility. Customer Feedback & Experience Improvement • Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities to improve client satisfaction. Event Planning & Community Engagement • Organise and represent the salon at community events, pop-ups, and beauty fairs to increase brand recognition. Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking • Monitor and report on monthly growth targets., • Present actionable insights and recommendations to management. About the Role The Sales Manager is responsible for driving overall sales performance in the shop and managing key client base. Key Responsibilities: • Sales & Business Development, • Develop and implement sales strategies for in-store, B2B, and online channels., • Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with B2B clients (restaurants, cafés, offices, catering companies)., • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements for wholesale clients., • Monitor sales trends, product performance, and customer behaviour to optimise product mix, pricing, and promotions., • Online Sales & Digital Presence, • Oversee 99 VietMart’s online sales channels: website, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Google My Business, and delivery platforms., • Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings and pricing across all online platforms., • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media promotions, Google Ads, and email/WhatsApp newsletters., • Analyse online performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase sales and engagement., • Staff Leadership & Training, • Train and coach staff in product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and customer service., • Set sales targets and track staff performance, providing feedback and incentives., • Ensure consistent in-store service quality and operational standards., • Promotions & Supplier Coordination, • Plan and execute seasonal and cultural promotions (e.g., Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival)., • Work with suppliers on co-branded promotions, product launches, and in-store tasting events., • Develop bundled offers and promotional campaigns to increase both retail and B2B sales., • Operational Management, • Monitor inventory levels, identify slow-moving items, and implement strategies to reduce waste., • Report on monthly KPIs including sales performance, online growth, B2B account progress, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)., • 3+ years of experience in retail sales management, account management, or a related role (food industry experience preferred)., • At least B2 English. Bilingual in languages is a plus., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals., • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities., • Experience CRM tools., • Passion for food, customer service, and team success.
