Key Responsibilities: Lettings Experience ( 2 years + ) Property Acquisition: Proactively source and secure new rental properties to expand our portfolio. Utilize persuasive communication skills to win business and establish long-term partnerships. Your Key Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard prospective clients through business development activities, referrals, partners, including professional networks, outreach, or warm leads., • Facilitate an engagement agreement with the client., • Conduct discovery meetings to assess R&D potential, aligned with BEIS/DSIT guidance and CTA 2009., • Evaluate technical/scientific eligibility across a wide range of industries., • Identify and apportion qualifying R&D costs in collaboration with client finance teams., • Support the writing of HMRC-compliant technical narratives and claim compilation (including AIF data)., • Collaborate with our internal team for peer review, compliance & quality checks, and continuous improvement., • Stay up to date on relevant scheme changes, legislation, and risk areas.
