    We are seeking a motivated Trainee Assistant Management Couple to support the owners across our pub, restaurant, and hotel operations. This live-in position offers an excellent opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, with a focus on guest services, team supervision, and operational management. The role is ideal for candidates eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while progressing towards managerial responsibilities. All positions are paid, recognizing the importance of valuing our trainees’ contributions from the outset. The ability to drive and have own transport is required as work may be across two differing sites 10 miles apart. There are two positions that are offered with a shared room. Duties Assist in overseeing daily operations across the pub, restaurant, and hotel sections to ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Support supervising staff, including scheduling, training, and motivating team members to deliver excellent hospitality experiences. Contribute to human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives. Engage with guests to address enquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Organized Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout all areas of the establishment in compliance with health and safety regulations. Support managerial decision-making by providing feedback on operational performance and guest feedback. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous but not enthusiasm for learning Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are preferred but not essential for candidates aspiring to grow into managerial roles. Knowledge of human resources practices within hospitality settings will be beneficial. organizational Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
