We’re looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international and local accounts across EMEA. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own customer relationships end-to-end, lead annual negotiations, and deliver sales and profit targets through best-in-class execution. Key Responsibilities • Own and deliver sales, profit, and forecasting targets across your account portfolio, • Develop and execute annual account business plans aligned to brand and commercial strategy, • Lead customer negotiations, managing pricing, promotions, investments, allowances, and variable margin, • Build strong, trusted relationships with retailers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across EMEA, • Analyse sales performance, customer profitability, and market trends to identify growth opportunities, • Execute retail strategies including range alignment, promotions, and new product launches, • Oversee forecasting accuracy, stock management, service levels, orders, and invoicing, • Ensure SOX compliance, accurate documentation, and robust KPI reporting, • Support and shape the EU distributor strategy, identifying new routes to market and expansion opportunities Skills & Experience • Proven experience as a Sales/Key Account Manager within Retail or FMCG, • Relationship builder with strong sales and negotiation skills, • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with confidence managing margins, investments, and forecasts, • Demonstrated success in negotiation and annual customer agreements, • Highly analytical, numerate, and comfortable working with sales and performance data, • Excellent relationship-builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders, • Fluent English required; German is a plus.
