This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in building a restaurant from the ground up — shaping the team, operations, and service culture from the very beginning. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and confident managing all aspects of a food and beverage operation. Strong knowledge of ordering, stock control, and rota planning is essential, and barista skills are a big plus — we’d love someone who can train and lead the team on coffee service.
