This is a varied role within a collaborative, shared support model (rather than traditional 1:1 support), offering a breadth of responsibilities and opportunities to work closely with colleagues across the organisation. You will provide trusted, high-quality support to multiple senior leaders, helping them stay organised and effective while also contributing to a welcoming, well-run office environment. \n\nPlease note that successful applicants will be required to work from our Canary Wharf office three days per week as the role also includes providing additional office support and reception cover as needed. \n\nEveryday responsibilities include: \n\nProvide confidential, proactive support to multiple senior leaders, managing busy diaries and helping prioritise competing demands. \nCoordinate meetings end-to-end, including agendas, logistics, joining details, room bookings and stakeholder communication. \nPrepare and review briefing packs and meeting materials (such as papers, slide decks and read-aheads) to ensure leaders are fully prepared. \nProvide secretariat support where needed, including minute-taking, maintaining action logs and following up on next steps. \nArrange travel and accommodation, supporting colleagues with self-service tools and ensuring bookings follow policy guidelines. \nManage incoming correspondence (emails, calls and post), drafting responses on behalf of leaders using agreed templates and tone of voice. \nHelp create a welcoming office environment, including reception/front-of-house cover, visitor access and hospitality arrangements. \nMaintain effective office systems and records, including document control and confidential information handling, while identifying opportunities to improve ways of working. Skills and experience for success: \n\nExperience supporting multiple senior leaders, including managing complex diaries, inboxes and shifting priorities. \nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work at pace and remain calm under pressure. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting clear, professional emails and briefing notes. \nConfidence using Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), with the ability to learn new systems quickly. \nHigh levels of discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive and confidential information. \nA collaborative, customer-focused approach, comfortable supporting reception/front-of-house and building strong relationships across stakeholders. \n\nQualifications\n\nWhile your qualifications are certainly important and provide a foundation, we are particularly interested in understanding the breadth and depth of your overall experience.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nSalary from: £41,500\n\nClosing date for applications - Friday 24th April\n\nBeing an integral part of such a meaningful mission is extremely rewarding in itself, but in order to support our people, we’re continually improving our benefits package.
