The Role you will be doing; • Pro-actively provide pricing alternatives, routing solutions and technical assistance to clients, • Respond to requests for proposal, quotation or information timely and with market competitive pricing matching the scope of service required by the customer., • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors (airlines, trucking companies, and others) and evaluate them at defined intervals, focusing on areas of possible improvement., • Provide best in class service to current and new customer base in order to gain trust and obtain client retention., • Instil and foster a climate of compliance at all times to regulations including internal policies and procedures (SOPs) external government regulations, international agreements or customer policies/requirements., • Ensure any contracts, vendor, customer or other, are reviewed in accordance to company contract policies prior to being signed, • Identify potential problem areas that will or may affect the supply of services and take necessary remedial action to mitigate such problems, • Whenever appropriate to promote the wider Group’s capabilities and advise these businesses of potential opportunities, • To promote and adhere to companies Core Values – Familial Values, Integrity, Excellence and Accountability., • Degree in Business Management or Administration, International Trade (MBA) or similar. IATA / FIATA courses will be an asset., • Knowledge of Airline Industry., • Project Management experience will be an asset., • Previous experience as an Airfreight Coordinator is desirable, but good administrative skills and experience as a Freight Forwarder in an area other than air, may be sufficient., • Knowledge of import / export customs processes is a must., • Preferably have experience in all aspects of export and import regulatory compliance such as but not limited to:, • Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, • Anti-money laundering, • Restricted Party Screening, • Financial, trade and sectorial sanctions, • HS Code classification of goods to being shipped internationally, • Dual Use Export Controlled Goods, • Re-export Country Restrictions, • Precursor Chemicals (Export Controlled chemicals), • HAZCHEM Class Goods, • Understand Recordkeeping requirements, • Professional and positive approach, • Communication and Interpersonal skills, • Team Player, Self-Motivation, Problem Solving, • Negotiation skills and Ability to influence, • Result and Customer focused., • Ability to define, develop and document business processes and procedures, • Experience with Microsoft 365, Airfreight Related tools and ERP., • Ability to write and speak in English

About You: • With passion and expertise in net zero technology and decarbonisation approaches, you’ll have experience managing large-scale net zero funding through DESNZ, WH:SHF, ECO, and RHI programmes., • You’ll hold a PAS 2035 retrofit coordinator certification, • An in-depth understanding of current and emerging renewable energy systems and energy efficiency technologies. You’ll also have a comprehensive knowledge of utility network systems., • A track record of successfully delivering net zero retrofit programmes, including scoping, funding, and reporting., • Managing a specialist team of two, you’ll be a supportive manager, passionate about driving change and service excellence, • An excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled in positively influencing and negotiating with stakeholders, customers and colleagues., • Confident in delivering presentations and writing technical reports.
