The Role As Clinical Services Manager, you will lead the day-to-day clinical delivery of our Online Bereavement Counselling and Palliative Care Counselling services. Working closely with the Head of Bereavement and Grief Services and the Clinical Director, you will ensure the service is high quality, safe and confidential, delivered across the stepped care model, including Level 3 interventions (NICE guidance). You will provide clinical and line management leadership to counsellors and team leaders, oversee risk management and safeguarding, and drive continuous improvement in quality, productivity and user experience. About You You will be an experienced, accredited clinician with a strong background in bereavement, loss and grief work, and proven experience leading clinical or counselling services. You will be confident working with time-limited or brief therapy approaches and motivated by service development, innovation and meaningful impact.
