Skills & Experience Required Proven experience within domiciliary care or homecare management. Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care compliance requirements. Experience in staff supervision, recruitment, and performance management. Ability to manage care packages, rotas, and operational responsibilities effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of medication management and care planning processes. Compassionate and professional approach to supporting vulnerable adults. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Qualifications NVQ Level 3 or Level 5 in Health & Social Care (preferred). Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within domiciliary care. Enhanced DBS check required.
