As a Pastry Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team, leading the pastry kitchen with confidence and flair. Responsibilities: • Leading and mentoring a team of pastry chefs to ensure high standards and continuous development., • Overseeing the preparation and presentation of all pastry items, ensuring quality and consistency., • Managing the day-to-day operations of the pastry kitchen, including order of service and mise en place., • Collaborating with the Executive Chef to create new and exciting dessert menus using fresh, high-quality ingredients., • Maintaining inventory and ensuring efficient stock control and ordering processes.
