As a HMO Housing Support Officer you will play a vital role in helping people manage their day to day living to move towards greater independence and we are searching for a compassionate and resilient support officer to join this team. The role will see you supporting across a couple of HMO's in Luton and Bedfordshire. Based out of head office Luton you will travel to site as and when required. You will provide practical and compassionate advice to residence, supporting with housing related concerns and coaching them to support with more independent living. The role is varied, no day is ever the same and as such you need to be able to think on your feet and adapt to sometimes challenging situations. This is a frontline, statutory role focused on early intervention, preventing homelessness and managing crisis cases.
