Purpose & Scope of the Role As a Senior Transport Planner within our Manchester-based Transport North team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, development-led transport planning solutions. Working across both private and public sector projects, you will contribute to a wide range of schemes including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role blends technical delivery with collaborationproducing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans and Environmental Impact Assessment inputs, while engaging with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams. You will also support junior colleagues and contribute to business development through client interaction and proposal preparation. Your Impact in this Position You will influence how developments integrate with transport networks, helping to deliver sustainable and practical solutions. Your insight will guide project outcomes, shape client decisions, and strengthen long-term partnerships, all while advancing best practice in transport planning.
