We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Waiter to lead our front-of-house team. As the Head Waiter, you will play a central role in overseeing the dining experience, managing the waitstaff, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Relaunched on Westbourne Grove with support from Jackson Boxer and culinary direction from Eduardo Yishima, TAQ is a modern neighbourhood restaurant built around great tacos, tostadas, quesadillas, standout specials, serious ingredients and fast, high-energy service. We’re looking for a Sous Chef who wants to be part of that momentum. This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who thrives in service, leads from the front, cares deeply about standards, and wants to grow within a kitchen that combines strong fundamentals with a clear point of view.
