Key Responsibilities The appointed Solicitor will: • Provide timely, pragmatic legal and commercial advice to support a global portfolio of projects, • Review, negotiate and finalise a wide range of contractual documentation, including consultancy appointments, sub-consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, and novations, • Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and support any necessary deviations, • Assist with the administration and operation of the organisation’s contracts and legal framework, • Deliver training on legal and commercial issues across the business, • Support the development of improved legal and commercial processes and systems, • Work closely with Project Directors and Partners during contract negotiations and project delivery, • Collaborate effectively with other business support teams to resolve issues About You Our client is seeking a candidate who demonstrates professionalism, commercial acumen and strong interpersonal skills. You will ideally have: • 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience, • Solid experience in construction law and the construction industry, • Strong contract drafting and reviewing skills, • Confident negotiation and problem-solving capabilities, • Excellent organisation and attention to detail, • A collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships If you are looking to join a leading organisation where you can make a real impact, then please do apply below.
