Key Responsibilities and Duties 1. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Sales and Client Acquisition Meet with prospective clients to understand their carpet cleaning needs. Prepare and present customized service proposals and quotations. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Upsell additional services such as upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, rug cleaning, and floor maintenance. 1. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly. Conduct regular follow-ups to encourage repeat business and referrals. 1. Market Research Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Identify emerging market opportunities and recommend new services. Analyze pricing strategies to remain competitive. 1. Marketing Support Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. Participate in trade shows, networking events, and local business associations. Promote the company's services through social media and community engagement. Financial Performance Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports.
