Parts Team Leader Location: Glengormley Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 + Benefits Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 The Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Team Leader to join a busy and well-established commercial vehicle operation. This is a hands-on role where you will lead a parts department, supporting both workshop and external customers while driving performance, efficiency, and sales growth. Key Responsibilities of the Parts Team Leader • Lead, motivate, and develop the parts team • Support technicians and customers in identifying and sourcing parts • Work closely with the workshop to ensure parts availability • Drive internal and external parts sales • Monitor departmental KPIs, performance, and costs • Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory accuracy • Process incoming and outgoing parts orders efficiently • Maintain a clean, organised, and well-run parts department • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers Requirements of the Parts Team Leader • Proven experience in a Parts Team Leader / Senior Parts Advisor role • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles (HGVs, trailers, vans) • Previous experience within a dealership or similar environment • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure • IT literate with experience in parts systems • Experience with Kerridge / ADP Autoline (desirable) • A proactive and motivated approach What’s On Offer for the Parts Team Leader • Salary between £32,000 – £37,000 (DOE) • Company pension scheme • Healthcare scheme • Ongoing training and development • 21 days holiday + bank holidays • Additional leave with service Next steps
