Communicate effectively with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Complete relevant paperwork and records to required standards and deadlines. Ensure the safeguarding, health, safety, and welfare of the children, including responsibility for child protection issues in liaison with appropriate agencies.
