That’s when it clicks. You’ll know that by listening, you’ve helped give people a voice and played a part in creating positive change. What You’ll Earn\n\n • £20–£30 per completed interview\n, • Holiday pay + admin fees\n, • Paid travel time\n, • Competitive mileage reimbursement rates\n, • Bonus payments up to £750 in your first 12 months*\nAdditional Support\n\n, • Work with visible public value — helping people in Scotland be counted and heard\n, • Route planning support to make your week efficient\n, • Paid travel time on most projects and mileage allowance\n, • Full training and support from day one\nWhat You’ll Need\n\n, • Valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car\n, • Class 1 Business insurance\n, • Right to work in the UK\n, • Willingness to complete a DBS check\n, • Reliable home broadband\n, • Confidence using basic technology\n, • At least 20 hours available per week (minimum 3 days a week)\n, • Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends\n, • Strong verbal and written English\nWho This Role Suits\n This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy talking to others, are comfortable working independently, and want flexible work with purpose.
