This includes maintaining files, answering the phone, processing the company post at the beginning and end of the day to meet set deadlines. Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing with clients. Interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person, and to verbal and written instruction from Internal/external customers and management Take full responsibility of all assignments from start to finish. Except Audits where full responsibility lies with the audit partner. Keep line manager informed of progress on jobs. Use skills to resolve problems and issues arising and implement actions according to the company administrative policies and procedures. Seek advice from the line manager if required. Adhere to all company policy and procedures. This includes Health & Safety, money laundering and GDPR.
