We are recruiting a Finance Lead to provide high‑quality client reporting and commercial financial support across a large, complex contract environment. This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with operational teams, Account Leadership, and Client Finance to ensure robust governance, effective cost control, and strong financial performance This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the operation, adding value through insight, analysis, and strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities Client & Commercial Finance Build strong, trusted relationships with client operational and finance teams Take ownership of client financial reporting, providing clear, value‑adding commentary and insight Support annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, working collaboratively with the client and operations Ensure compliance with the commercial model (GMP), driving governance and financial discipline Identify savings and efficiency opportunities, supporting delivery of financial targets Coordinate monthly accruals and deliver accurate results to tight deadlines across multi‑site and multi‑country portfolios CBRE Financial Management Provide hands‑on financial support to the account, working closely with the Finance Contract Manager and Account Manager Manage and report monthly actuals, supporting GMP reconciliation and cost control Deliver ad‑hoc financial analysis and support business improvement projects Ensure finance policies and procedures are followed, escalating risks where required Contribute to CBRE annual budgets and quarterly forecasting cycles Quality & Stakeholder Engagement Support consistent contract delivery across regions, sharing best practice and financial innovation Influence decision‑making through clear insight and confident communication Act as a positive culture carrier, aligned to CBRE values and customer expectations What We're Looking For Educated to A‑Level or Degree level (or equivalent) Part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) - desirable Strong commercial finance experience in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Excellent Excel skills (including lookups, pivots and financial modelling); confident with Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Experience working with complex contracts, GMP models, or multi‑currency environments - desirable Confident communicator, able to engage and influence senior stakeholders and clients Highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing competing priorities under pressure Willingness to travel as required by the role
