PE Teacher \n Zest Education are recruiting a PE teacher for a thriving secondary school in the Acocks Green area of Birmingham. This is a full-time position, working within a supportive faculty and school with a Head Teacher that is dedicated to the ongoing improvement of the school and the well-being of its students. \n The school is a fast-paced secondary, looking to maintain their already good standards. It offers access to good indoor and outdoor facilities, to allow for creative and fun lessons. The school is based in a popular area, so is easily accessible by private or public transport. \n The ideal candidate will have: \n\n • A PGCE or equivalent UK teaching qualification that has awarded them QTS or QTLS\n, • A strong passion for PE and a substantial knowledge of the subject across KS3 and KS4\n, • A strong desire to be part of the wider department\n, • The ability to control the classroom and the behaviour of the students\n, • A creative mind with the ability to adapt lessons as and when needed to suit the needs of the students.\n\n Both newly qualified teachers (NQT) / Early careers teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers will be equally considered for this role. \n Zest Education are an APSCo audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children.
