Team Leader – Children’s Residential Home £43,180 – £50,444 including sleep-ins and allowances Location: Oxfordshire Introduction: Children’s home supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. This is a leadership role where small moments matter. As a Team Leader in a children’s residential home, you’ll play an important part in creating stability and positive experiences for young people. It’s a role that balances care and leadership – supporting the day-to-day life of the home while helping the team provide consistent, thoughtful care. You won’t be expected to do this alone. The role sits within a wider leadership structure, with support from experienced managers and a clear framework for development. It’s a position that offers both responsibility and the chance to see the real impact of steady, compassionate leadership.
