You will support our managers in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant from setting up for morning rush, to ensuring appropriate cover throughout the day, and carrying out closing procedures. This is a full time role 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with shifts falling between 8am and 11.30pm. You have experience in a similar role, or as an Assistant looking for further development with a demonstrable track record of excelling in Front Office operations and procedures.
