Job Title: Head of Sales – Industrial Division Location: Field-Based, United Kingdom Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent Salary: Competitive + Bonus + Benefits About the Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead the UK sales function for our industrial and spare parts division, part of a well-established European group specialising in commercial and industrial door solutions. This is a senior leadership role that will shape and drive the national sales strategy, deliver revenue and profit growth, and build strong long-term partnerships across the construction and industrial sectors. You’ll work closely with both UK and European sales leaders, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment of goals, effective resource sharing, and excellent customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a comprehensive UK sales strategy for the industrial division, • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities with end clients, specifiers, contractors, and trade partners, • Build and manage a high-performing sales team focused on pipeline development and margin improvement, • Lead pricing, negotiation, and value-based selling to drive profitability, • Collaborate across UK and European business units to align on strategy, leverage cross-selling, and share market intelligence, • Ensure accurate sales forecasting, CRM usage, and performance reporting, • Strengthen customer relationships through site visits, project support, and exceptional service delivery, • Represent the business at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows Key Requirements Essential: • Proven senior sales leadership experience in the industrial door sector or a related building products industry, • Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and managing strategic customer relationships, • Deep knowledge of UK construction markets, sales cycles, and project-based selling, • Excellent leadership and team development skills, • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making, • Proficient in using CRM tools and leading adoption across teams, • Experience within a European or multinational organisation, • Existing network of industry contacts in the UK construction or industrial doors market What’s on Offer • Competitive base salary, • Performance-related bonus, • Company car or car allowance, • Pension & benefits package, • Opportunity to lead national strategy within a growing and well-resourced business, • Autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive environment Additional Information: The successful candidate must have previous experience working in the Industrial Door sector.
