Essential Requirements – Clinical Psychologist (Eating Disorders) The successful candidate must be a Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and hold a recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology, or an equivalent qualification leading to HCPC registration.You will have experience working with individuals experiencing eating disorders and be confident in completing specialist psychological assessments, developing personalised treatment plans and delivering evidence-based psychological interventions. You should have a good understanding of eating disorder presentations, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and binge eating disorder, as well as the psychological and emotional complexities associated with these conditions.
