Account Director – Client Services Location: London (Hybrid working) Salary - £55K About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Account Director to lead day-to-day client partnerships and ensure outstanding delivery across key agency accounts. This role sits at the heart of Client Services, owning account health, client satisfaction, and seamless delivery across multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll be a confident senior client contact, trusted to manage complex relationships, guide teams, and ensure work is delivered to brief, on time, and on budget — while spotting opportunities to grow accounts organically. What You’ll Be Doing Client Relationship Management • Act as the senior day-to-day contact for key client accounts, • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, • Lead regular client meetings, status updates, and senior check-ins, • Ensure clear, proactive communication and high levels of client satisfaction Account & Delivery Leadership • Own account delivery across multiple workstreams and disciplines, • Ensure briefs are clear, timelines realistic, and scopes adhered to, • Oversee project delivery, managing risks, dependencies, and escalations, • Maintain strong collaboration between client services, delivery, and specialist teams Commercial & Account Health • Manage account budgets, forecasting, and resourcing, • Support scope management, change requests, and renewals, • Identify and support organic growth opportunities within existing accounts Team Leadership • Lead and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives, • Support performance development and day-to-day team wellbeing, • Champion best practice in client service and agency processes Reporting & Performance • Ensure delivery and performance reporting is accurate and timely, • Translate results into clear client-facing insights and recommendations What We’re Looking For Essential • 5+ years’ experience in client services or account management within an agency, • Strong experience managing complex, multi-workstream accounts, • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills, • Confident managing budgets, timelines, and delivery teams, • Experience working in a fast-paced, agency environment Desirable • Experience across digital, creative, or integrated agency models, • Exposure to enterprise or multi-market clients Why Join them • Hybrid working with a London base, • Supportive, collaborative agency culture, • Opportunity to work across varied and high-profile clients, • Clear career progression into senior client services or leadership roles, • Competitive salary and benefits
