Business Development Manager – Be the Face of Sales at Joseph Parr (Northants) Ltd Based in Kettering | Full-Time | Field-Based | Company Vehicle Provided Hi there — we're Joseph Parr (Northants) Ltd, an independent Builders and Timber Merchant proudly rooted in Kettering. We support local builders, contractors, and tradespeople — and now, we're growing. With new product lines, refreshed stock, and a stronger presence than ever, we’re looking for a External Business Development Manager to take our brand even further across the region. This role is all about being out there: building genuine, lasting relationships, solving problems, and driving profitable growth.
