    Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the firm’s business development and marketing strategy across target sectors., • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth., • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, industry partners, and referral networks., • Lead and manage key client programmes, including client feedback initiatives and strategic account planning., • Prepare high-quality pitches, proposals, capability statements, and marketing materials., • Plan and execute client events, seminars, webinars, and strategic marketing campaigns., • Oversee digital marketing, including website content, social media presence, and external communications., • Support partners in identifying cross-selling opportunities and developing new productised services., • Bachelor’s degree or above; a background in law, business, communications, or marketing is preferred., • 3–7 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relationship roles, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment., • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies., • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills., • Ability to build trust and work effectively with senior stakeholders and clients., • Strong project management capability, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under tight timelines., • Proactive, organised, and highly self-motivated.
