Job description Coffee Design’s vision is to be a leading creative partner where collaboration and innovation drive exceptional results for our clients and their brands. We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and organised Account Executive to join our creative agency. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of design and digital services, and a strong customer service orientation. As an experienced Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the smooth running of all projects and quality of output. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. What you’ll do: • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their design and digital needs, • Manage client expectations through effective communication, responding to requests and problem solving, • Collaborate with creative, design, and digital teams to develop and execute project plans that meet or exceed client goals., • Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards., • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues, • Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and review sessions., • Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and agency management, • Manage budgets, invoice clients and manage purchase orders using our financial management system, with support from our finance and account team., • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned What we’re looking for: We need a confident, highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and energetic environment. You should excel in communication and project management and have a passion for delivering outstanding client service. • Educated to a degree level., • 2 years of experience in a similar role within an agency environment., • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills., • Excellent customer service orientation with a strong understanding of client needs., • Knowledge of design and digital services and processes., • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and timelines simultaneously., • Strong organisational and time management skills., • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment., • Willingness to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
