    Customer Sales Assistant – Training Provided | Cardiff We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Cardiff-based sales team, representing established client campaigns and engaging directly with customers across residential areas. This is a face-to-face, door-to-door sales position. Previous sales experience is not required, as training and ongoing coaching are provided to help you develop your communication, customer service and sales skills. The Role You will speak with customers at their homes within assigned residential territories, introduce the campaigns you are representing and explain relevant products or services. You will work towards personal performance goals while contributing to the wider team. The working day begins at our Cardiff office, where the team attends meetings, training and coaching before travelling to allocated residential areas. Who We’re Looking For We are interested in individuals who are confident speaking with people, have a positive attitude and are willing to learn. You should be reliable, comfortable working in a customer-facing environment and able to work both independently and alongside a team. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK. Previous sales experience is not essential. Training & Progression Full introductory training is provided, followed by ongoing coaching and development. There are opportunities to develop within the organisation as you gain experience and demonstrate consistent performance. Selected UK and international business events may also be available. Working Arrangements & Earnings This is a self-employed opportunity based in Cardiff. Earnings are entirely performance-based through uncapped commission, with payments made weekly. As there is no fixed earnings limit, your income will depend on your individual sales performance. Applicants must be available for a minimum of 4 full days per week, with working days available Monday to Saturday. Daily attendance at the Cardiff office is required before travelling with the team to assigned territories. This is a customer-facing role, so we are looking for someone who is professional, approachable and confident when dealing with members of the public.
