Your key responsibilities: • Developing long term professional business relationships with both clients, candidates and the wider delivery team., • Sourcing, shortlisting and successfully placing candidates into for contractor, permanent and Employed Consultant appointments., • Obtain a true understanding of our clients and their industry, allowing you to deliver a high level of customer service by briefing candidates on our live vacancies., • Arranging and managing interviews, followed by presenting and negotiating on offers of employment., • Preparing CVs and drafting correspondence for all parties involved within the recruitment lifecycle., • Offering advice to both clients and candidates on market rates/salaries, training, and career progression., • Prospecting and securing new business., • Offering assistance and knowledge to the wider delivery team in relation for the production of rates cards and bid responses.
