Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and analytical Management Consultant to join our growing consultancy team. The successful candidate will support clients in addressing business challenges, improving operational efficiency, and implementing effective management strategies. This role requires strong commercial awareness, structured problem-solving skills, and the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Analyse client business operations, structures, and performance to identify improvement opportunities., • Develop and present strategic and operational recommendations to clients., • Support business planning, process improvement, and performance optimisation initiatives., • Conduct market research, financial analysis, and data reviews to inform consultancy advice., • Prepare professional reports, presentations, and implementation plans., • Work collaboratively with internal teams and client management to deliver agreed outcomes., • Monitor progress and support clients through change and implementation phases., • Requirements, • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field., • 1–3 years’ experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a similar advisory role., • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint., • Desirable Skills, • Experience working with SMEs or professional services clients., • Knowledge of business strategy, operations, or process improvement frameworks., • Competitive salary and performance-based incentives., • Clear career progression within a growing consultancy firm., • Supportive and collaborative working environment., • Ongoing professional training and development., • Exposure to a wide range of industries and client projects.
