Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full TimePrivate School, Blackburn We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our senior school team at a well-established private school in Blackburn. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to provide meaningful, one-to-one support to a student within the senior school (year group to be confirmed). Start Date: ASAPSalary: £16,254.82 per annum The Role:As an LSA, you will work closely with teaching staff to support a student's academic progress, wellbeing, and engagement in school life. This role involves providing tailored 1:1 assistance, helping to adapt learning materials, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
